Seriously. It really baffles me when girls get all feminist over a guy calling a girl “hot”. Because I know I, as a female, take that as a compliment. It means that they appreciate me physically! Just because a guy calls a girl “hot” it doesn’t mean they’re completely disregarding our personality. It means at that point in time they’re making a comment on our physical appearance. And what girl doesn’t like being complimented on their physical appearance?
More to the point of this post though, my bigger problem with the huff that some girls get into over guys “disrespecting” them with compliments (seriously, where’s the logic?) is how hypocritical that is. If a girl says they haven’t looked at at least one guy and said to a friend or simply thought to themselves, “Hey, he’s hot”, she’s lying.
Admit it. You all do it.
So seriously, I don’t get what the problem is. Don’t hate, appreciate!
